Return and Refund Policy:

If you have any question, please email us at sales@binaryparts.com or call us at 626-692-2289 before you buy the item/s. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the buyers phone is compatible with the item/s he or she is buying.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON DATA CABLES, SOFTWARE AND MEMORY CARDS (SanDisk or SimpleTech or Any Other Brand).

If we shipped you wrong item, please notify us within 3 business days after you receive the item.

All the request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days after buyer receives the item/s. Full refund of the item will be issued ONLY if item is in sealed packing and never been used. Opened packing or used item will carry 15% restocking charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Must request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the item/s back to us. RMA request MUST be via email and MUST have the reason for return. Please e-mail us the return issue at sales@binaryparts.com.

ANY PACKAGE SHIPPED WITHOUT RMA NUMBER, REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE DECLINED.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DEFECTIVE ITEM IF IT IS COVER UNDER MANUFACTURE WARRANTY. PLEASE CONTACT MANUFACTURE FOR WARRANTY REPAIR OR EXCHANGE. IF YOU RETURN TO US (MUST HAVE RMA NUMBER), IT WILL BE TREATED AS REFUND.

No return or exchange request will be accepted after 30th day. Unless we ship the wrong item, we are not responsible for return shipping expenses. Shipping must be paid for by the buyer.

Items should be return using an insured or traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for item/s lost or mishandled during shipping.

No refund or exchange for the item/s that we do not receive.

Refund will not be issued to any item missing or damage during return.

After approval, we will issue the refund after 5 business days once we receive the item.

NO REFUND FOR SHIPPING OR INSURANCE OR ANY OTHER RELATED COST TO SHIPPING PAID BY BUYER.

We recommend that you test the car kit before installation as they cannot be returned after installation. Please follow the installation instructions carefully and read all safety information. Binary Parts is not liable for any costs relating to installation, use or removal.

Exchange Policy

If buyer wants to exchange the item/s, item/s box must not be open, cut or damage. We will not exchange any open or cut box.

Buyer must pay for shipping the item back to us and shipping back to the buyer.

Damage in Shipment

Do not accept a visibly damaged product until the person making the delivery has endorsed the air bill/bill of lading with a statement of the extent of the damage. If damage is concealed and found after unpacking, retain all packing material and immediately call us (626-692-2289). Concealed damage must be reported on the same day of delivery.

Any invalid chargeback on payment will be subject to a $20.00 bank fee.

There will be a $2.00 service charge for all same day cancellation order, due to credit card company charge us every transaction for sale & credit.
